Submission Preparation Checklist
- This manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- All authors have read and approved the final manuscript.
- All authors meet ADSJAC's authorship criteria and have provided a valid ORCID iD.
- The manuscript follows the required formatting (12-pt Times New Roman, double-spaced, 1" margins).
- The title is concise and under 20 words.
- The abstract follows the required structure and is within 150–250 words.
- 5–8 specific keywords are provided.
- All references follow the Vancouver/IEEE numbered style specified in the Author Guidelines.
- All figures are high-resolution (≥300 dpi) and numbered sequentially with captions.
- All tables are editable, numbered, and titled.
- A Funding Statement is included, even if stating no funding was received.
- A Conflict of Interest Statement is included.
- A Data Availability Statement is included with specific detail (not simply "None").
- Author Contributions are listed using CRediT taxonomy.
- Any use of generative AI tools in manuscript preparation is disclosed.
- Ethics approval and informed consent are stated for human-subjects research, or animal welfare compliance for animal research.
- The manuscript has been checked for plagiarism and falls within the acceptable similarity threshold.
- All permissions for reproduced material (images, datasets, quotations) have been obtained.
- Corresponding author's full contact details, including institutional affiliation, are provided.
- The manuscript has been proofread for language and grammar.
- Supplementary materials (if any) are clearly labeled and referenced in the main text.
- The cover letter (if required) briefly states the manuscript's novelty and relevance to ADSJAC's scope.

Privacy Statement
The names, email addresses, and any other personal information entered into this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal — including manuscript submission, editorial correspondence, and peer review — and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party without consent.
Data we collect: Names, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs, email addresses, and manuscript content submitted by authors, reviewers, and editors through the submission system.
How we use it: To manage the editorial workflow, communicate with authors and reviewers, and maintain records required for publication ethics and archiving.
Third-party sharing: Bibliographic metadata (author names, titles, abstracts) may be shared with indexing and archiving services such as [Crossref, DOAJ, Google Scholar] to support discoverability of published work. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
